Every Everlasting Rose® begins with a real rose picked at peak freshness. Then it undergoes an incredible transformation that allows the flower to maintain its natural delicate appearance for at least a year, and much longer in most cases. It’s almost like magic.
First discovered and developed in Germany, this unique technology involves 109 complex preservation steps and 60 days of careful curing. During this time, the natural sap in the rose is slowly replaced with a mixture of glycerine, water and coloring.
There’s no need to worry, though. The substances used in the preservation process are non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-carcinogenic and non-chemical reactive. You’ll find the same solutions and colorants used in making food and medical products, so there’s no health or environmental risk at all.
The final result is a rose that holds its original shape and brightness for much longer than anything you’ll find at an ordinary floral shop. Everlasting Roses® truly live up to their name, and never require watering or any special care.
